LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT: This document is intended to govern the relevant transaction with MGR Mobile Service. It must be read with the tax invoice, product listing, signed forms and applicable law. Nothing in this document excludes any non-waivable statutory right of a consumer under Indian law. |
1. Customer Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting MGR with order details. Eligible pre-dispatch cancellations will be proceeded with deduction of 10% of total order value as cancellation charges and refunded to the original payment mode/source account within 5-7 business days, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
2. After Dispatch
After dispatch, cancellation depends on delivery status and product category. New devices remain subject to the strict new-device policy: no MGR return/exchange/refund for correctly supplied and accepted new devices. Wrong product, non-delivery (excluding non-delivery pin code), verified transit issue before acceptance or MGR-attributable issue will be handled as per Refund Policy and applicable law.
3. Cancellation by MGR
• MGR may cancel orders for stock unavailability, pricing/listing error, failed payment, fraud risk, unserviceable address, KYC/legal issues or force majeure.
• Where MGR cancels an order before delivery due to MGR-side reason, 100% amount paid shall be refunded to the original payment mode/source account without cancellation charge.
4. Advance / Booking Payments

APPROVED ADVANCE TERM: MGR collects 50% advance to block a particular mobile/device for 3 calendar days. If the customer does not come and complete purchase within 3 days, the booking expires; the device may be released for sale; and 100% of the advance shall be refunded to the source account/original payment mode within the next 7 days, without interest. |
• No forfeiture of the approved 50% advance shall apply merely because the customer fails to complete purchase within 3 days.
• No interest, compensation, price protection or damages are payable on refund of advance.
• If the customer completes purchase within 3 days, the advance is adjusted against invoice value and balance 50% is payable before delivery/title transfer.
5. Optional Plans
Buyback Plan, Screen Replacement Plan, Extended Warranty Plan and more VAS (Value Added Services) fees are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase/activation unless MGR is unable to provide the plan or mandatory law requires otherwise.
