At MGR Mobile Service, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation guidelines below to ensure a smooth experience.

 


 

 

1.

Order Cancellations (Online Orders)

 


 

a)

Before Shipping

 

 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been packed or shipped.

  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your Order ID.

 


 

b)

After Shipping

 

 

  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • In such cases, the customer can choose to reject the delivery at the doorstep. Please note:

     

    • Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.

    • Refund (if prepaid) will be processed only after the product is returned to us in original condition.

     

 

 


 

 

2.

In-Store Product Booking / Advance Orders

 

 

  • Any advance/token payment is strictly non-refundable, as mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.

  • Cancellation of a booked product or service after payment will lead to forfeiture of the advance amount, unless the error is on our part.

 

 


 

 

3.

Repair Service Cancellations

 

 

  • If a repair has not yet begun, you may cancel the service. Any advance paid for special parts may not be refunded if parts have already been ordered.

  • Once repair work has started, cancellation is not permitted.

  • If you choose not to proceed after repair is done, you are still required to pay for the service provided.

 

 


 

 

4.

Buyback/Trade-In Cancellations

 

 

  • Buyback requests cannot be cancelled once the device has been handed over and payment has been processed.

  • Ensure you are fully satisfied with the offered price before completing the buyback.

Refund Timeline (for Cancellations)

 

 

  • Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank transfer).

Final Rights

 

 

  • MGR Mobile Service reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request at our discretion in special circumstances.
