Shipping rules and regulations appicable for every customer of MGR as stated below with detailed way

 


 

 

1.

Shipping Coverage

 

 

  • We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India via our trusted courier/logistics partners.

  • Some remote locations may have limited or delayed service availability.

 

 


 

 

2.

Order Processing Time

 

 

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 working hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation and tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

 

 


 

 

3.

Shipping Timeframe

 

 

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Urban Areas: 3–6 business days

  • Rural/Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

    (Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on courier service and location.)

Shipping Charges

 

 

  • Prepaid Orders:

     

    • All orders will have ₹99 shipping charges.

     

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

     

    • COD available on select products and PIN codes.

    • COD charges may apply (based on product weight).

     

 

 


 

 

5.

Packaging & Safety

 

 

  • All products are securely packed with adequate cushioning and sealing.

  • For high-value products (like smartphones), customers are required to record a full unboxing video for any damage or missing item claims. This must be shared with our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

 

 


 

 

6.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

 

 

  • If your order has not been delivered within the promised timeline, please contact us with your order ID.

  • In case of lost shipments (confirmed by courier partner), a full refund or replacement will be offered.

 

 


 

 

7.

Address Errors or Failed Deliveries

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. MGR Mobile Service is not liable for delays due to:

     

    • Incomplete or incorrect address

    • Unreachable customer/contact number

    • Refused delivery

     

 

 


 

 

8.

Delivery Inspection

 

 

  • Please inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. In case of tampered or open packaging, inform the courier and do not accept the parcel.

  • Once accepted, no claims for physical damage or missing items will be entertained without proof of the unboxing video.

 

 


 

 

9.

Self-Pickup Option (If Applicable)

 

 

  • For local customers, we offer an in-store pickup option from our following locations:
