MGR Mobile Service – One-Time Screen Replacement Terms & Conditions
By availing the One-Time Screen Replacement service from MGR Mobile Service, you agree to
the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility & Warranty Period
• This service is applicable only once per device.
• The screen replacement is covered under MGR Limited Warranty for a period of 6
months from the date of the bill.
• A valid bill/invoice from MGR Mobile Service is mandatory to claim the screen
replacement service.
2. Pricing Based on Device Value
• Devices under ₹10,000 – LED screen replacement: ₹599
• Devices under ₹20,000 – OLED screen replacement: ₹1,199
• Devices above ₹20,000 – Any screen replacement: ₹2,499
3. Exclusions – Conditions Where Replacement is Not Covered
• Water Damage: Devices that have been exposed to liquid damage will not be eligible
for screen replacement.
• Board Issues After Physical Damage: If the device suffers physical damage leading to
motherboard-related issues, the screen replacement service will not be applicable.
4. Other Terms & Conditions
• The replacement screen may be an OEM-equivalent or refurbished part, depending on
availability.
• MGR Mobile Service reserves the right to reject a replacement request if the device is
found to be tampered with or repaired by unauthorized technicians.
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Any additional repairs, if required, will be charged separately.
MGR Mobile Service reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time without
prior notice.
